Westbrook & Disability Challengers named as the winners of the prestigious Technology prize awarded at the renowned Markel 3rd Sector Care Awards at the London Marriot Grosvenor Square on 6th December 2019

Westbrook’s innovative technology solution using the world leading Salesforce Sales Cloud and Community Cloud Customer Success platform together with Disability Challengers has won the prestigious Markel 3rd Sector Care Award for Technology.

The technology solution provided a single platform that connects all of Challengers’ critical client operations – managing participating Children and their Families, Volunteers, as well as Local Authorities and Corporate Supporters.

A brand new and streamlined booking system for children’s activities improved the user experience for Families and children, while improved Donation Management processes significantly enhanced the efficiency of fundraising efforts.

The Westbrook solution also centralised their administrative processes, integrating with HR, Finance and Donations.

The project was completed in a relatively short space of time and took into consideration significant complexities we needed to include. The end result has been a revelation for families and staff with 28% of parents rating the use of the site as good or excellent.

The success of the project delivered an ability to improve the fundamental relationship with the families we serve for the better by offering them choice and control. In addition the project is delivering outstanding levels of efficiency and enhanced knowledge for the charity.
