Video Arts was established in 1972 by a small group of television professionals, including John Cleese, to deliver corporate training in an entertaining and engaging way.
We worked with Video Arts to implement their transition to Salesforce, integrating the platform with their other in-house systems.
The project customised Salesforce to manage Royalty payments from video content, along side Stock Control of physical products using Services & Titles.
The solution also produced automated reports – providing a low cost approach to importing Salesforce data into their accounting systems.
We also provided user training across the business on Salesforce, and continue ongoing work with them through Westbrook support – improving their Salesforce system progressively through the delivery of small projects.
