We worked with Venda to customise the Sales Cloud for account management and increased adoption.
The project provided Account Managers to review all communications and correspondence sent to and received from client contacts in Salesforce.
The project included connecting the Sales Cloud to Outlook and Gmail, simplifying the process by which contact communications could be tracked.
A series of training sessions across Sales & Marketing teams spread over 2 months helped users adopt the system – familiarising them with the ‘best practice’ approach to tracked communications.
