We worked with the SNP to improve their membership management systems, using Sales Cloud & Heroku.
The project deployed Salesforce Sales Cloud as a membership management solution.
This covered managing the renewals for the existing 105,000 members, efficiently processing new joiner applications, and using workflows and alerts for the administration team.
A Heroku mobile application was used to manage member self-service, authentications & email communications – with full integration to the core Salesforce platform.
With the app connected to Salesforce, all membership payments, fundraising, donations, magazine subscriptions and other transactions were centralised within the CRM.
