We worked with RCS to transfer their Fundraising and Fund management processes to Salesforce.
With a new Community the RCS can process payments online, including one-off donations, recurring payments, events and membership fees – collating these transactions for Gift-Aid eligibility.
The RCS provides a solution to automate invoicing, attaching receipts to customer records for easy payment tracking.
This portal also enables members to update their personal details, as well as download RCS content – with communications managed using Vertical Response.
The platform also includes a tool to streamline the event management process, automatically tracking attendance and engagement.
