We worked with QubeGB to create a mobile workforce management system, using the Salesforce Service Cloud and ServiceMax.
Using the Service Cloud, QubeGB could consolidate all these support channels onto a single platform.
As a ServiceMax user, the solution needed to connect all the records related to a case (such as location, assets and associated personnel) for a single comprehensive view.
With all this data is stored in Salesforce, Qube can quickly report across the entire process. This allows management to analyse the statistics behind case resolution, team performance and completed/violated SLA’s.
