We are currently working with PayPoint to deploy the Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ to improve sales processes, productivity and efficiency.
Due to the scale of PayPoint’s operations, our initial efforts have been to complete a detailed discovery of their existing Sales fulfilment processes and dependencies.
Our team created a comprehensive map of out how Paypoints’ IT systems interact with each other and the company’s objectives.
Through this process, we are re-designing the CRM to more effectively deliver on Paypoint’s business objectives – maximising efficiency, visibility and control, while eliminating unnecessary process steps and practices created by existing technology limitations.
