We worked with OUP to create an automated international sales ordering process within Salesforce, integrated with their back of house systems.
Using a range of custom objects, we customised the Sales Cloud to support complex orders.
The system supported a product range available in multiple languages and formats, automatically calculating data such as current VAT & shipping costs – simplified for the end–user using VisualForce.
The existing Salesforce Campaigns system was also customised to allow free and gift items to be attached to orders.
These ‘Gratis’ items could be quickly associated with each order – displaying the feedback and popularity for future campaigns.
