We worked with the Liberal Democrats to implement a Salesforce Community to manage their membership.
Real – Time analytics allowed our client to review the exact state of party membership, at both regional and local party levels, immediately and with a single click.
To improve party communications, the Community also provides a collaboration hub, giving members a central environment to share and discuss issues themselves.
Membership fees, magazine subscriptions, donations and other payments were also centralised and processes through the Community – automating and recording member contributions.
The Community was also connected with an external call centre through CTI integration.
