We worked with LGC to integrate a specialist division’s customised processes into the central group CRM, for improved visibility and strategic management.

Available through a mobile app, brokers had complete access to all the information they needed – wherever they might be.

Our team conducted a audit of the two LGC systems, mapping how operating processes could be aligned.

Custom areas such as the Product, Price Quotes and Forecasting systems were enhanced to allow upselling & cross selling across the wider LGC group.

A staged migration ensured all relevant data was transferred between the two instances – with an automated system deployed to allow LGC to migrate future data themselves.
