The project ensured IOP departments are working from the same data – with a 360 degree view across all the contacts and organisations the institute work with.
We worked with the IOP to deploy the Sales Cloud, to provide multiple departments with a centralised CRM database.
The IOP’s processes were streamlined and automated using work flow rules – reducing the amount of time spent on administration, particularly when contacts interacted with multiple departments.
Reporting across the donations pipeline was significantly enhanced – so individual donors contributions could be tracked and donations were forecast more accurately.
The system also managed anonymous donors, using permission sets and rules to maintain privacy, while connecting them to their contributions for reporting.
