The objective is to create clear improvement in prospecting & deal closure rates – with a shorter sales cycle.

They will move from a hard working but fragmented team to a highly integrated real time business – acting in a seamless way, with smart automated workflows lowering the cost of acquisition.

The project will consolidate Excel based disparate systems to of the Salesforce platform with significant improvements in colleague collaboration.
