Westbrook completed a project with a division of General Electric, providing a automated service solution for the challenging environment of off-shore and sub-sea installations.
Due to the remote nature of such installations, the existing Legacy system was ineffective, requiring an active VPN network, inaccessible when offline. To address this shortcoming, ServiceMax was chosen as an effective solution.
Westbrook consulted on this implementation, adapting our wisdom methodology to deliver within the highly structured General Electric Sprint Process.
General Electric’s strategic goals were then translated into 62 unique functionality requirements, achieved through customised ServiceMax implementation.
The implementation is a pilot project, covering two EMEA regions, before wide-spread global roll-out.
