The Domino group is a global manufacturer of Printer technologies with a presence in over 120 countries.
We are engaged in a 3 phased project, to implement the Service Cloud, alongside AppExchange App ServiceMax for global roll-out.
Phase 1 of the project transitioned Domino’s customer Service to the Service Cloud – automating the case process across multiple channels.
This included CTI integration, web integration & social media monitoring – with case routing automatically prioritising messages to the right team.
The next phase underway includes deploying a Salesforce Community, integrated with Service Cloud Live Chat for a more personal customer experience.
