We worked with Dentally to deploy Pardot, integrated with the Sales Cloud, to provide end-to-end lead management and marketing automation.

The project provided Pardot Technical Setup & website integration, communication templates, automation design and user training – in under 5 days.

We worked with their team perform the technical setup & integration of Pardot to their Bootstrap website – providing advanced tracking of prospect interests.

Scoring and Grading models were automated to track prospective clients on their practice size and fit for the Dentally platform – feeding into automated drip programs for inbound nurturing.

The Sales team were provided automated reminders for 3 and 6-month inactive prospects, with the ability to add them to ongoing marketing nurturing lists for ad hoc communications.

Finally, a roadmap was created for Dentally to manage their ongoing internal implementation – developing the sophistication of their own system as more contact was created.
