We worked with David Brown to set-up a core CRM system, to manage their Sales pipeline and customer communications.
Using the Sales Cloud, all customer interaction and communication was recorded into a single system, creating a single view of the customer.
This allowed comprehensive reporting across the David Brown organisation – with key business metrics created as dashboards.
With Salesforce Web-to-Lead and Event data capture forms, new prospective customers could be quickly entered into the CRM system.
To assist sales & marketing efforts, the Sales Cloud was integrated with MailChimp, along with the Salesforce IQ email productivity tool set.
To complete the implementation, all existing data was migrated from David Brown’s existing spreadsheet-based systems into Salesforce, creating account-contact relationships.
