The project created a single system providing users with clean, reliable and de-duplicated information.
The CRM solution automated the Sales pipeline – recording the origin of leads for reporting while using a 10 step qualification process for sales assignment.
The solution also managed 150,000 daily emails to subscribers, alongside an integration to Experian Mosaic for audience demographics.
With multiple channels for creating new leads, data needed to be automatically cleaned to ensure accuracy. This was achieved using custom filters & a second integration to Experian QAS.
