Casewise struggled with effective user adoption of Salesforce, due to inefficient lead and campaign management processes.
We worked with Casewise to streamline & automate their lead qualification processes – while providing Marketing clear ROI reporting.
The project rebuilt page layouts, assignment processes, de-duplication & merge processes – creating a flexible system of rules that allowed exceptions to be made manually.
Leads were then scored as they passed through the pipeline – from their initial touchpoint downloading files from the Casewise website, to when an opportunity was created.
This was complemented by a set of dashboards, providing visibility into campaign effectiveness and associated ROI at both Parent Campaign and Individual Campaign level.
