The business unit for this project were looking to create a open sharing model CRM system, where Sales, Support & Marketing users have visibility of all accounts.
This enables for a comprehensive organisation-wide view of the pipeline for analysis, reporting and action awareness.
We worked with Capita to replace the existing CRM system with Salesforce, to increase efficiency by workflow automation.
To allow the business to better prioritise its actions, the platform enabled advanced intelligence gathering tools, user-wide reporting capability, access to key management metrics & improved data quality.
