We worked with the British Council to review their system architecture, data model & Salesforce configuration to ensure their ongoing roadmap delivered a ‘best practice’ solution.
Conducting interviews with stakeholders across the organisation, we assessed the existing Salesforce customisations, development and documentation – working with their development team to review their proposed enhancements.
Working within a flexible framework, our certified resources acted as advisors to their internal team, suggesting optimisations and improvements their system upgrades. We also identified areas where adding new capability could be streamlined by using 3rd party Salesforce applications instead of custom development.
The overall Data model was identified as an area for significant improvement to allow advanced reporting, and our Technical Architect designed, documented and supported British Council to implement the new system structure.
