Arqiva provides infrastructure and broadcast transmission facilities, along with commercial WiFi and Smart Metering.

We are working with Arqiva to improve their sales process for the satellite & media business unit.

The project simplified and streamlined complex business processes across the sales cycle, capturing leads in the early stages of an engagement, with revised approval processes and opportunity types.

We also worked with Arqiva to implement Salesforce Lightning to promote collaboration – with full training documentation and on-site training to ensure a smooth transition.

As a phase two, we are working to implement a CPQ solution to further optimise the sales process across a complex range of products and services.
