Senior Functional Consultant

• Facilitate Workshops: Gather business requirements from key stakeholders (Business Analysis) 
• Document Requirements: Provide a detailed write-up of the project scope, requirements, and definitions of success (Business Requirements Specification)
• Technical Governance and Estimation: Reviewing project scope, design, and estimates
• Manage projects: Includes coordinating the project team to ensure the project remains on track, within scope and budget
• Customer Success: Manage client relationships and provide support throughout the change process
• Technical Expertise: Continual Professional Development, continually improving personal Salesforce knowledge by keeping up to date with the latest releases and gaining further certifications and qualifications
• Leadership ability: lead by example, actively develop own technical skills, and convey knowledge to the team; help the team bring ideas to life and display innovative thinking

Candidates will be required to:

• Design and build solutions for large projects
• Work on a portfolio of projects that could significantly vary in budget and complexity
• Actively push to complete projects with the highest technical standards, and motivate others to do the same
• Gather requirements, understand briefs, and scope projects effectively
• Produce business and design specification documents and effectively communicate these to all internal and
  external stakeholders
• Ensure the expectations of all stakeholders are managed
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact which will include regular face-to-face meetings, telephone, email, and other written communication
