As Wowcher grew, and their IT requirements became more complex, it became necessary to separate their system from the central Daily Mail Group Salesforce instances.

Westbrook migrated all of the existing DMG data from their Sales and Service clouds to a new Wowcher instance, and integrated both Wowcher Sales and Service Clouds.

The Service Cloud was also upgraded by integrating New Voice Media, CongaMerge and Echosign Рproviding call centre integration and document automation.
