Nordbord were in the process of shifting from a sales to a service oriented business.

They took this opportunity to decommission their in-house legacy CRM system.

As part of this process, we migrated their data from numerous silos – first uploading vital information in a single batch, then automating future transfer with daily batches.

Salesforce became the core business platform to track activities, report on data and analyse sales – with custom development to support cross and up selling.
