Westbrook have completed a number of projects throughout the organisation, the largest of which involved implementing a automated system for the submission and tracking of Sales support requests.

The automated solution distinguishes Bid & Contract Management support requests by a complex series of types, resourcing similarly aligned technical personnel automatically, before routing the request for review and approval.

This solution then created ‘opportunity teams’, a network of resources working on a single opportunity, giving them access to shared information, action visibility and a host of workflow supported automated features.
