CPM is a global international field sales and marketing group.

With over 5 million customer sales & care calls, and 4 million face-to-face sales calls, across a international market – CPM needed a solution to handle a high volume of data.

We used a custom Application alongside the Sales and Service Clouds to manage these calls – decreasing the time and cost of customer care, and allowing relaying information in real-time.

Mobile functionality allowed CPM to track the success of their campaigns as they happened – in the field or from their offices.
