Westbrook worked with the Cotton Group to implement multi-language data capture forms, for their customers & partner network.
To capture the large data volume required from B&Cs partners, each form used specialised CSS to create 2 column forms & dependant checkboxes.
To ensure the correct value was mapped to the core CRM in English, automation rules converted responses – grading and profiling responses to the correct Sales team.
